Jones and Rachel Blackmun each had four, K. Aberle, Katie Koehler, Emily Locke and J. Oliver each had two points and Amber Schuster added one point.
• Langford was led by Emily Johnson and Jakayla Hesse with five points each followed by Wendy Berrett with four, Mikayla Bonnet had three, Rachel Hoops two and Lexi Wika added one.
• Langford had good second and fourth quarters to outpace Groton in the boys game, 62-54. Groton held a 16-15 first quarter lead, then trailed at half time, 27-25 at half time and it was a 42-40 Langford lead at the end of the third quarter.
• Reilly Ell led the Tigers with 21 points followed by Wyatt Lone with 13, Kyler Ell seven, Mason Madsen six, Spencer Knecht three and Luke Sternhagen and Jackson Doeden each had two points.
• Bo Fries led the Lions with 23 points, Drew Planteen had 17, Michael Erickson 13, Zach Punt five, Brian Anderson three and Dante Blanchard added one point.
• Groton made 40 percent of its field goals while the Lions made 41 percent. Groton was a perfect 10 of 10 from the line off of Langford's 12 team fouls while the Lions were 15 of 25 for 58 percent off of Groton's 19 team fouls. Langford had more

The recycling trailer is in Groton. It is located at the city shop at 10 East Railroad Ave. Don't forget, there is also a dumpster at the city shop for aluminum cans with the proceeds going to the pool.
