A quick moving clipper system will produce snowfall across north central and northeast South Dakota as well as west central Minnesota this afternoon and tonight. Snowfall accumulations will range from 1 to 3 inches with locally heavier amounts possible. Wind speeds should remain less than 10 mph today.
