Xcel crews finish repairs on electricity system

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- Xcel Energy officials say they have completed repairs to an underground electricity system in downtown Sioux Falls and power has been restored to all customers.
• Officials say a handful of customers who were still without power were back online at 10 a.m. Sunday.

• All but about a dozen customers had power by Saturday afternoon.
• Xcel Energy spokeswoman Laura McCarten says it was an unusual outage because of the extent of damage to the system. She says crews replaced thousands of feet of destroyed electrical cable and other pieces of equipment.
