• "We're finding ways to win and that's what we have to do," Wanner said. "It's still three to four weeks before districts and we just have to keep going after the ball and making the plays."
• In the fourth quarter, Groton made four of eight field goals and had one turnover.  Britton-Hecla made two of seven field goals and was four of four from the line.
• Courtney Kurtz and Carly Wheeting led the Tigers with 11 points apiece followed by Camille Sippel with five, Kylie Hawkins had four and Halle Dohman, Regan Lewandowski and Tori Bjerke each had two points.

The recycling trailer is in Groton. It is located at the city shop at 10 East Railroad Ave. Don't forget, there is also a dumpster at the city shop for aluminum cans with the proceeds going to the pool.
