• Councilman Doug Hamilton asked about those who don't want to pay the special assessment. Lowary reported that if they don't pay in three years, the county can put the property in public auction and sell it for past taxes due.
• Councilman Scott Hanlon reported on the west ditch clean-out project. "It's all looking good," he said. He reported that one and half feet to two feet of material that had silted in. He said it was cleaned out in a 12' wide area. He said that one area where the telephone line is shallow it was graded higher.
