• There are lots of young girls having gymnastics practice Sunday afternoons in the wrestling room. Tricia Keith has been spearheading the program, which is part of the Aberdeen Gymnastics Association, coordinated with the Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department.
• The girls are ages three and up and the program is designed to develop gymnastics skills. Keith said, "it helps building their flexibility, their discipline and strength. It's a good skill to have no matter what sport they participate in." The youth compete
