turn it into points on the board. Webster was able to squeeze one more point out of the second quarter then the Lady Tigers were able to, but Groton was able to preserve their lead by the end of the quarter. The first ended, 32-24.
• Both teams were slow after the halftime break. The two teams only added seven

points to their scores during the third quarter. Groton still held their eight point lead by the end of the quarter. The third quarter ended, 39-31.
