An area of low pressure moving across the region will bring slightly warmer temperatures into the eastern Dakotas and Minnesota today. Southerly winds ahead of the low pressure will shift to the northwest later this afternoon. The northwest winds will usher in bitterly cold temperatures tonight through Monday night.
