Winter Storm Impacts the Northeast
• Heavy snow continues to impact the Northeast Thursday morning. Some locations have already received more than a foot of snow. An additional 4 to 8 inches is possible throughout the area today with some locally heavier amounts.
Today: Snow likely in the morning...then snow in the afternoon. Snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Highs 15 to 20. Southeast winds around 10 mph.
Tonight: Snow in the evening...then snow likely after midnight. Snow accumulation around 1 inch. Total snow accumulation 2 to 3 inches. Lows around 10. East winds around 10 mph in the evening becoming light.
