Swenson was the leading scorer for Deuel with 17 points. Trevor Cassels, Curt Boeke and Brent Keause each had eight points. Deuel had 28 rebounds, 24 steals, and 11 assists. They also had 13 turnovers and 11 team fouls.
• The girls team will return home on January 4 to play Roncalli and boys return on January 14 against Webster. The next double header game is on January 19 against Oakes ND.
