Major Winter Storm
Continues to Affect the
Eastern United States

• A powerful and damaging storm system continues to bring heavy snow, strong winds, and heavy rains to the eastern half of the nation. This system is forecast to bring heavy snows to the Great Lakes region as well as the Appalachian Mts. tonight and tomorrow. Out west, another storm is forecast to bring several feet of snow to the mountains of northern California through this weekend.
