• Header Trevor Brazile of Decatur, Texas, and heeler Patrick Smith of Lipan, Texas, broke the barrier in round four and didn't place among the top six. But they remained in the world standings lead with $159,078 for Smith and $157,578 for Brazile.
• In barrel racing, Sherry Cervi of Marana, Ariz., ended the perfect run by NFR rookie Mary Walker of Ennis, Texas, when she won round four in 13.67.
• Walker, who knocked over a barrel on Sunday, remained in second in the world standings with $182,064. Standings leader Brittany Pozzi of Victoria, Texas, who didn't place among the top six, stayed in first with $186,568.
• Defending world champion Lindsay Sears of Nanton, Alberta, who finished third in round four in 13.81, is third in the standings with $167,387.
• Walker still leads all 2012 NFR competitors by earning $54,772 during the first four of 10 rounds.
• In bull riding, Cody Teel of Kountze, Texas, was able to maintain his world standings lead without a successful ride, as only two riders weren't bucked off their bulls.
• Clayton Savage of Casper, Wyo., won round four with a 78.5 on El Capitan and Ardie Maier of Timber Lake, S.D., was second with a 76 on Body Works.
• J.W. Harris of Mullin, Texas, stays in second in the world standings at $185,315 while Teel edges him out with $185,782 in 2012.
• In all-around, defending world champion Brazile, who has won nine of the last 10 world all-around titles, maintained his lead over Steven Dent of Mullen, Neb. Brazile has earned $273,302 in 2012 compared to $144,465 for Dent.

Holiday tours at Governor's Mansion Monday

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- The first of two days of public tours to view Christmas decorations at the Governor's Mansion will be offered Monday.
• Six holiday tours will be conducted each day at 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
• Tickets for the tour are free, though there is a limit of 40 people per tour. Tickets can be obtained from the Pierre Chamber of Commerce.
• The next chance for a public tour will be Dec. 17.

Gov appoints Rapid City man to GF&P Commission

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- Gov. Dennis Daugaard has appointed Gary Jensen of Rapid City to the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Commission.
