• In bareback riding, Kaycee Feild of Payson, Utah, increased his world standings lead over three-time world champion Will Lowe of Canyon, Texas, by winning round four with an 87 on Kattle Katie.
• Defending world champion Feild has earned $191,650 in 2012 while Lowe, who didn't place among the top six in round four, remains in second with $161,670. Field, who set a bareback riding record with six wins in 2011, has now won twice at the 2012 NFR.
• "Winning the world title last year, it seems like there's a lot more people expecting me to win and make better rides," Feild said. "When I lose, I feel like I let people down. When I go to the Middle East on my morale tour, I know those guys are watching me on the Internet and keeping up with me, and I feel like I let them down if I lose."
• Feild also leads the NFR aggregate standings with 341 points over four rounds. Lowe is second with 335 points.
• In saddle bronc riding, Jesse Wright of Milford, Utah, who tied for first with twin brother Jake in round three, took first Sunday with a 90 on Wild Bill. Jesse and Jake's older brother, Cody, placed second with an 86.5 on Billings.
• Jesse Wright is first in the world standings with $180,360 while Wade Sundell of Boxholm, Iowa, remained in second with $147,115. Sundell finished fourth with an 84 on Hickok.
• "It just took me falling in the dirt (in round two) for me to remember why I'm here and what I'm doing," Jesse Wright said. "Now I'm just back to having some fun and riding broncs with my buddies. Each night we all come out here with a clean slate and we all go for the top spot."
• Cody Wright leads the NFR aggregate standings race with 331.5 points over four rounds while Jesse Wright tops the NFR earnings race with $47,263.
• In tie-down roping, Tuf Cooper of Decatur, Texas, reclaimed first place in the world standings after winning in a time of 7.8. He also stayed in first in the NFR aggregate standings with a time of 30.70 over four rounds.
• Cooper has earned $176,543 in 2012. Justin Maass of Giddings, Texas, who placed fifth in 8.7 in round four, is second in the world standings with $163,141.
• In team roping, header Dustin Bird of Cut Bank, Mont., and heeler Paul Eaves of Millsap, Texas, placed first in a time of 3.9. Header Erich Rogers of Round Rock, Ariz., and heeler Kory Koontz of Sudan, Texas, who won round three in 3.9, were second in 4.0.
