Blizzard Warnings for
Portions of the Northern Plains this Weekend

• A significant blast of winter weather is forecast for portions of the north-central U.S. this weekend. The heaviest snow will occur from the Dakotas into Minnesota where 6 to 10 inches will be possible. In addition, winds gusting to over 40 mph will create whiteout conditions making travel treacherous. Dangerous wind chill values to 30 degrees below zero will also accompany this storm.
