A system moving across the region today will deposit 1 to 3 inches of snow...with locally higher amounts in Central South Dakota. This system departs this evening...however a second system is expected to move through mainly Northern and Northeast South Dakota Saturday Evening. Most of the area will receive 3 to 6 inches of snow with locally higher amounts. Strong winds will follow Sunday morning with blowing and drifting snow possible.
