Heavy Rain Still Falling Across the Pacific Northwest

• More heavy rainfall is falling today across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest as the latest in a string of storms streams moisture into the region. Heavy rains and winds have been affecting the region since early this week and some rivers and streams in the region are nearing flood levels. The bulk of the precipitation will shift into the intermountain west later today and tonight.
