• Approval was given to hire Ann Thorson as a volunteer wrestling cheerleading advisor for the 2012-2013 season.
• The resignation of Calvin Farmen was approved. His last day of employment as a school custodian will be January 18. The school will be advertising to fill the vacancy.
• The board moved into executive session to discuss staffing and student issues.
