Periods of Heavy Rain to Impact the Pacific Northwest through Mid-Week

• Active weather will impact the Pacific coast from Washington to northwest California starting this weekend through at least the mid-week period. Periods of heavy rain are expected for southwest Washington and western Oregon, which may lead to flash flooding and/or significant river rises. Those living and recreating near creeks and rivers should be alert for quickly rising water levels.
