A cold air mass remain in place today, with most locations just reaching or remaining below freezing this afternoon. A few scattered snow showers are possible across northeast South Dakota and west central Minnesota this morning, but should clear out for the afternoon. Temperatures will warm back to more seasonal values by mid week.
