• Feist completed a record 16 of 18 passes, including two TDs each to Ckyler Floyd, Steven Koch and Harley Mollman. Floyd had 115 receiving yards for the Ranchers (12-0).
• Feist also led Harding County in rushing with 86 yards.
• The Ranchers took control for good when Mollman returned an interception 99 yards for a score late in the third quarter.
• Colome (10-2) rushed for 366 yards. Quarterback Terrance Kinzer led the way with 187 yards and two TDs. Andrew Odden added 163 yards.

South Dakota's oldest resident dies at 113

• SALEM, S.D. (AP) -- The woman who held the distinction of being South Dakota's oldest resident for four years has died.
• The South Dakota Health Care Association says Beryl Kapaun died Wednesday in Salem at the age of 113.
• State Demographer Mike McCurry tells the Argus Leader newspaper that Kapaun is the last South Dakotan to live in the 1800s, 1900s and 2000s.
• Kapaun credited her longevity to family genes, clean living and never overeating at meals.
• The association says 107-year-old Dagmar Keehn, of Flandreau, is now South Dakota's oldest resident.

SD, ND, tribe unite on sex offender registry

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- The states of South Dakota and North Dakota have reached an agreement to work with the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe to crack down on sex offenders.
• The states and tribe will share offender and conviction data, process DNA samples, and advise each other of offenders moving across jurisdictional boundaries.
• South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley, North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem (STEHN'-juhm) and Standing Rock Tribal Chairman Charles Murphy announced the agreement on Friday. It will enable the tribe to put data from its sex offender registry on a national database.
• The Standing Rock reservation straddles the North Dakota-South Dakota border.
