A cold front will move from west to east across the region today. Behind the front winds will switch to the north and increase to 15 to 20 mph. Clouds and cooler air are also expected behind the front. A more significant low pressure system will move into the area this weekend. A wintry mix of precipitation is likely, as well as light snow accumulations.
