Storm System Brings Winter Weather to the
Pacific Northwest

Snow levels are forecast to drop overnight as a storm system moves ashore in the Pacific Northwest. Snow amounts of 4-8 inches are expected with over a foot likely in many of the higher mountain passes. Winter Storm Warnings are in effect for the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges and a Winter Storm Watch is in effect for the northern Sierra Nevada. Strong wind gusts are also forecast.
