An upper level ridge of high pressure will slide across the Northern Plains today, bringing warmer temperatures and mostly sunny skies. There will be some early morning fog to deal with across portions of northeast South Dakota and west central Minnesota. Otherwise, pleasant conditions are expected today with highs rising into the 60s and 70s.
