Strong low pressure will continue to spin over the Minnesota and Wisconsin areas today. Very strong winds will continue on the back side of this low across the Dakotas. The strongest winds will be across central South Dakota once again where gusts may exceed 70 mph. Rain will fall across eastern South Dakota into western Minnesota.
