lowed by a short ring was the signal for our phone. When first married we had a wringer washing machine and hung all the clothes out on a line to dry. I'm sure most of us remember Aluminum glasses and sprinkle bottles for ironing the clothes. My kids can't believe we got by on our old roller skates and you might remember trying to find the old skate key. I think the present represents the good ole days. One big reason is less cigarette smoke. Need I say more, but I will.  We all remember vinyl records 33s, 45s and 78s, tape recording on a reel to reel and listening to the AM radio. But today we have CD's, MP3's, DVD's, LCD's, HDTV's and digital recorders, Nook's, IPods, IPads and Laptops. The final evidence or coup de grace, Starbucks, Papa Johns, and Schwan's Coconut Almond Fudge Ice Cream make today's days the "Good Ole Days"...
