He had obtained that passport by fraudulently claiming the Social Security number of another person as his own.

Rosebud Sioux to get new solid waste station

• ROSEBUD, S.D. (AP) -- The Rosebud Sioux Tribe is set to build a solid waste transfer station to improve trash collection from the reservation's residents.
• The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced that the tribe has been awarded more than $1 million in loans and grants to help construct the facility.
• USDA State Director for Rural Development Elsie Meeks says the Rosebud Sioux Tribe is currently transferring about 30 tons of garbage from the reservation's 20 communities to the landfill in the northeast portion of the reservation. The landfill is equipped to handle about 20 tons of garbage a day.
• Meeks says the new transfer station will be located closer to where the majority of the garbage is generated, minimizing trips to the landfill and dumpster overflow and helping with recycling efforts.

North Dakota company buying 3 Nebraska dealerships

• GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (AP) -- North Dakota-based Titan Machinery Inc. says it's buying three CaseIH agriculture equipment dealerships in Nebraska.
• Titan, of West Fargo, N.D., says it is acquiring Toner's Inc., which operates Toner's in Grand Island, Red Line Equipment in Broken Bow and Ord Equipment in Ord.
• The deal is expected to close around the beginning of November. Terms are not being disclosed.
• Titan owns and operates a network of agricultural and construction equipment dealerships in the United States and Europe. With the acquisition of Toner's, Titan Machinery will have 102 North American dealerships. They are in Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
