Eric Robert requested ice cream for his last meal before he dies. Robert is fasting for the 40 hours prior to the execution for religious purposes, so his last meal was on Saturday. Robert is Christian.
• Robert is set to die at 10 p.m. Monday for the killing of prison guard Ronald "RJ" Johnson during a failed escape attempt in April 2011.
• Kadi says he was touched when Robert asked him to share his last meal with him. Robert had moose track flavor ice cream while Kadi had turtle track.

Sioux Falls recreation park considering expansions

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- The Great Bear Recreation Park in Sioux Falls is considering expansion options that would allow the city-owned park to cater to a wider variety of people.
• Authorities say the park has outgrown the $3 million expansion that was completed in 2000. The group that manages the park will seek public input on expansion plans at a meeting Wednesday.
• The Sioux Falls Argus Leader reports ( http://argusne.ws/SZMXxC ) options include expanding the area for beginning skiers, expanding the tubing hill, building a temperature-controlled ice rink and increasing the size of the lodge.
• The last expansion made the park a year-round recreation site, with more downhill skiing runs, cross country skiing, hiking trails, a tubing hill, a snowboarding site and a bigger lodge.
• The recreation area served more than 38,000 visitors last winter.

Missouri State rallies to edge South Dakota 27-24

• SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) -- Austin Witmer capped a furious fourth-quarter rally by Missouri State with a 33-yard field goal as time expired, giving the Bears a 27-24 victory on Saturday.
• Missouri State (1-6, 1-3 Missouri Valley) scored 17 points in the final 5:27 of the game. Kierra Harris hit Julian Burton with a 60-yard touchdown pass with 5:27 left and Harris found Eri Christophel for a 25-yard scoring strike with 1:45 remaining.
• Quarterback Josh Vander Maten rushed for 125 yards and two touchdowns for South Dakota (1-5, 0-3) and Marcus Sims gained 116 yards on the ground with a TD.
• Vander Maten completed 13 of 22 passes for 164 yards, but was sacked five times.
