The Life of Judie K. [Feser] Kimball

• The funeral for Judie [Feser] Kimball of Summerset, SD, formerly of Claremont, will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 4, 2012, at the Claremont United Methodist Church. The Reverend Deb Mack will officiate and burial will be in the Huffton Cemetery of Huffton, SD.
• Judie died Saturday, September 29, 2012, in Rapid City, SD at the age of 64.
• There will also be a memorial service in the Black Hills for Judie. That service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 6, 2012, at the Open Bible Christian Center, 2225 East St. Patrick Street, Rapid City, SD.

• Judith Kay "Judie" Walton was born September 17, 1948, in Valentine, NE to James B. and Mary (Owens) Walton. She attended school in Rapid City, Custer and Gregory, SD before graduating from Spencer High School of Spencer, SD in 1966. She later received degrees from Northern State University in Aberdeen and Denver Paralegal Institute.
• Judie married Thomas Feser of Claremont in 1967. He passed away n 1979. She then married John "Jack" Kimball of Claremont. They were currently making their home in Summerset, SD. Judie was employed by Moore and Kandaras Law Firm in Rapid City.
• Judie loved living in the Black Hills. She considered any road that wasn't barricaded as "fair game" for her adventures. Her exploration of the back roads brought her hours of joy in looking for wildlife.
• Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Jack Kimball of Summerset, SD; a son, Thomas (Jessica) Feser and a daughter, Tami (Doug) Svatos, both of Claremont, SD; a sister, Jane Riedl of Summerset; a brother, Jim (Carrie) Walton of Hecla, SD; and five grandchildren: Jason, Michael and Nicole Svatos; Ashlyn and Mya Feser.
• Preceding her in death were her parents and her first husband.
