• Bottom line: See if you can spot the bright reddish star Antares, the planet Mars and the fainter star Zubenelgenubi at nightfall in mid-September. Can you still see Saturn? From the Northern Hemisphere, look low in the southwest after sunset. All of these objects are easier to see from Earth's Southern Hemisphere now.
