Netters drop match to Roncalli

• Inconsistency proved to be the down fall of the Lady Tigers once again as they took the court against Aberdeen Roncalli on Thursday night. The Cavaliers won three games to one.
• "We are improving with every game," Head Coach Aaron Helvig said. "But we are still inconsistent from game to game."
• The first game of the night was fairly well balanced with the score bouncing back and forth, however the Lady Tigers were unable to capitalize on their scoring and allowed Roncalli to sneak past for the win, 20-25.

lead in the second game and the Lady Tigers were unable to pull together to make a comeback. The final score was 11-25, with Roncalli up by two games.
• The third game was a close match with the Lady Tigers trying to battle for the win. They were able to hold off the Cavaliers to win, 25-23.
• The Lady Tigers were unable to carry the winning momentum into the fourth game, as they struggled to score.
• "Either we play well and win," Helvig said. "Or we let the emotion of the game get to us, and we don't play well and lose the game."
• Serving was part of the Groton downfall. Roncalli was 88 of 93 in serving with 14 aces, (Allie Lundquist 29 out of 30 with four aces, Taylor Hanson 16 out of 17 with four aces, Kate Heintzman 12 out of 12 with four aces); while Groton was only 58 out of 68 with nine aces (Rylee Winburn 4 for 5 with two aces,
