• Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. of Vancouver, British Columbia, recently made two separate purchases of land in the Keystone area. Mineral Mountain Resources and its partner, Holy Terror Mining Co., now have more than 766 acres near Keystone.
• The project is awaiting approval from the state Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
• State officials say many of the drill sites are in previously explored locations, and there is no indication drilling would harm water resources.

Winning Dakota Cash ticket sold in Sioux Falls

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- A Dakota Cash ticket sold in Sioux Falls matched all five numbers in Saturday's drawing to win the game's $40,925 jackpot.
• The South Dakota Lottery says the winner has about six months to claim the prize.
• The odds of winning the game's jackpot are about one in 325,000.
• Dakota Cash in played only in South Dakota. The jackpot starts again at $20,000 for Wednesday's drawing.

SD agency looks at boost in hunting, fishing fees

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department is considering whether to raise hunting and fishing license fees.
• State Wildlife Director Tony Leif (LYF) tells the Sioux Falls Argus Leader (http://argusne.ws/QcAgdg ) that the costs of running the department have increased 18 percent since license fees were last raised in 2005.
• Leif says Game, Fish and Parks Department officials are now preparing a budget for next year. He says if the decided to ask for a license fee increase, they will present the plan to the commission that oversees the department in October. The public then would have at least a month to comment before the Game, Fish and Parks commission makes a final decision.
