for 8 on her serves. The team had 33 digs with Hawkins leading with 8 and Savanna Larson and Camille Sippel each having six. The team set 64 out of 67 and had 18 assists. Rylee Winburn was the leading setter with 33 out of 35 sets and had 10 assists. Courtney Kurtz was 24 out of 25 for sets with seven assists. Erica Schuster had the lone block for the team
• The Pheasants were 63 out of 78 for attacks with 28 kills. Courtney Albrecht led the team with 20 out of 21 attacks and nine kills. Danielle Waldner had 22 out of 25 attacks and eight kills. The team served 66 of the 76 serves for nine aces. Albrecht lead with six aces and Alex Remily had one ace. Albrecht also led the team in digs with 16 of the team's 40. The team was 83 out or 87 in setting with 26 assists. Autumn Jungwirth was 57 out of 59 on her serves with 22 assists. Savannah Suchor was 26 out of 28 with four assists. Redfield had two solo blocks and 4 block assists. Waldner led the team with one solo and 2 block assists.
• The JV team also lost to Redfield/Doland, 20-25 and 22-25. The C-Team won both of their games, 25-19 and 25-21.
• Groton is now 1-1 on the season and will face Aberdeen Roncalli on their court sept 4.
• Redfield/Doland is 1-0 for the season and will face Leola/Frederick next.
