Hawkins had three. The team had 15 aces altogether.
• The Tigers had a strong back field with 41 digs for the night. Camille Sippel led with nine, while Hawkins and Courtney Kurtz each had eight. Kurtz was the lead setter for the night with 16 assists and Rylee Winburn had eight assists. The team had one solo block and six block assets. Halle Dohman had the lone block and one block assist. Schuster had three block assists for the night.
• Ipswich claimed 16 team kills, with Shekota Myer leading with six and Ansley Sargent having four kills. The team had nine aces. Kristi Pond had four aces and Sargent had two. They had 14 blocks with Rachael Severson leading with six.
• Groton JV won both of their matches, 25-18; 25-18.
• Groton's next game is against Redfield/Doland at home on Thursday. The JV game starts at 6:30.
