• Roncalli won the Northeast Conference boys golf meet held August 17 at Moccasin Creek Golf Course. Roncalli won the meet with a score of 338 followed by Sisseton with 343, Milbank with 362, Groton with 412 and Redfield with 435.
• Reilly Ell placed 15th for Groton with a score of 98. Others golfing for Groton were Parker Rossow with a 101, Mason Madsen with 103, Brody Sombke 110 and Carson Bunn with a 114.

• Groton also participated in the Milbank Invitational held August 16. Rossow shot a 99, Madsen a 101, Ell a 106 and Bunn a 108. In the junior varsity division, Sean Schuring had a 117, Landon Marzahn a 122 and Hayden Anderson a 150.
• Groton's  next meet will be Tuesday, Aug. 28, at the Hub City Invitational in Aberdeen.
