High pressure will continue to gradually build across central and eastern South Dakota today. However, a tight pressure gradient will remain in place that will produce breezy conditions across portions of the area. Temperatures will be much cooler than yesterday even with a lot of sunshine expected. The high will settle overhead tonight leading to one of the more cooler nights of the summer season so far.
