The Putney Putovers 4-H Club met July 9, 2012 at the Groton Community Center.  Vice President Alexis Simon led the meeting and roll call was answered with "Naming a County Fair Project".  Madison Cutler led the US Pledge, Michaela Cutler led the State Pledge and Shyla Larson led the 4-H Pledge.  A thank you was read for our donation to the Sweet Dreams project.  The Newshound was read and Bo-Peep Bingo tickets were handed out to Amanda Kittelson, Alexis and Lucas Simon and Brenna Johnson.  Each member was reminded to get the Bo Peep ticket money back to Leader Jamie Simon before August 1st.  The club members were reminded that non-livestock judging will be held on August 13th from 3:00-6:00pm.  Community service reports were given by Alexis Simon who helped serve at Mass and also worked in the concession stand, Lucas Simon who helped serve at Mass and Shyla Larson who helped take care of her neighbor's children.  The next meeting will be held at 6pm on August 6th.  Abby and Ashley Gibbs will be hostesses and Alexis Hanten and Portia Kettering will have a community service report.  Talks were given by Amanda Kittelson-"Golden Retrievers", Taryn Taylor-"How to Recycle Crayons" and Shyla Larson-"Food Preparation Safety".  A demonstration was given by
