gle to score Planteen. Madsen was called out at third while trying to steal the base. Groton scored seven runs on five hits, there were two errors and Groton left one on base. Groton held an 8-0 lead after two innings.
• Sisseton would get on the scoreboard in the top of the third as Bubba Bertsch had a single and he later scored on a single by Brayden Tasa.
• Groton failed to score in the third and fourth innings. Sisseton added one in the fifth when Dustin Moshier hit a single and would later score on a single by Ethan Kranhold.
• Groton would add to more runs in the bottom of the fifth as Larson was walked an Planteen drew a hit. A triple by Parker Rossow scored them both and it was 10-2.
• Madsen started off the bottom of the sixth with a triple, Doeden was then walked and the game was over when Dalchow hit a two RBI single.
