• "I was sure we voted on the issue," White said. "I'm glad you have brought this to my attention, we will have to look into that."
• The fate of this historical landmark may be in the hands of Groton residents. In order to keep the church from deteriorating, it needs to be used more. Either an existing organization or a new group of interested people, needs to be found to take over the ownership and use of the church building or we may see this early Groton landmark traveling down the road to a different city.
