Twin sons Justin and Jason Eccles assist their dad, Pete, in drilling a hole for the electric conduit. Conduit is being laid in place as the blinking lights that were hanging on First Street at Ninth, Seventh and Fourth Avenues will now be installed above each stop sign.

The hole was drilled and the round piece of concrete is on the ground. This is were the drain tile will be tied into the city's storm sewer system.
