ture, but it was hard trying to comprehend what the Spanish people were saying to me. We took a lot of tours through cathedrals and learned about architecture and the reasoning behind it. The trip made me want to take Spanish III and Spanish IV and study abroad."
• Erin Sternhagen, a senior that attended the trip, said, "It was a good experience and it opened my eyes to different cultures. I learned the world is bigger than South Dakota and there are more places to see." Not only did she have to understand what the Spanish people said, she also had to respond.
• The students that attended the trip were Gabriella Tinglund, Alec Olson, Erin Sternhagen, Abby Gibbs, Cheyenne Schaller, Trevor Larson, Savanna Larson, Amanda Worlie, Darac Harry, Maddie Howard, Mikki Kavanaugh, Shane Haskell and Olivia Lone.
