• Sean Schuring got hurt in the first inning of this baseball season and his dad, Brian Schuring, requested that he be given a refund of the $100 fee to play because the injury took Sean out for the season. The council was split on the decision. "I guess if we

can afford to pay $200 for tournament fees we can afford the $100 refund," said Councilman Gary Heitmann. Councilmen Eddy Opp and Scott Hanlon voted not to give the refund on the 4-2 vote.
