Monday, July 2, Rapid City from 6 - 8 p.m. MDT - The South Dakota Commission on Child Support will conduct a public hearing to gather input on potential changes to South Dakota's child support guidelines and related statutes. The public hearing will be held in the Lincoln Room at the Ramkota Hotel at 2111 N. LaCrosse Street. The hearing is not intended for comments involving individual child support cases or visitation. Tuesday, July 3, Sioux Falls, Holiday Inn City Centre, noon CDT - Gov. Dennis Daugaard will speak at the Sioux Falls Lions Club meeting.
 
Tuesday, July 3, Pierre, 1:30 pm. CDT - The South Dakota Bureau of Administration will conduct a public hearing to consider the amendment of proposed rules numbered §§ 10:02:02:01 and 10:02:02:02.  The effect of the amended rules will be a three percent increase in the maximum fees chargeable for legal publications required by state law.  The public hearing will be held in Room 412, Fourth Floor, South Dakota State Capitol.  For more information contact Jeff Holden, 605-773-3688.
