Ca. man charged with DUI deaths of 3 other Marines

• SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) -- The driver and lone survivor of four Marines from California's Camp Pendleton whose car slammed into a tree after a night at a bar was charged with vehicular manslaughter Wednesday in the deaths of his three friends, prosecutors said.
• Jared Ray Hale, 25, was charged with three felony counts of vehicular man

slaughter while intoxicated, Orange County district attorney's officials said in a statement.
• Hale, who suffered brain trauma and a broken arm in the crash, remained in a medical rehabilitation facility.
• Prosecutors planned to ask that bail be set at $100,000, and an arraignment date will be determined later.
• On Feb. 13, Hale went to Hennessey's Tavern in Dana Point with 21-year-old Christopher Arzola of Massachusetts, 23-year-old Jeremiah Callahan
