SD inmates sentenced for smuggling tobacco

• YANKTON, S.D. (AP) -- Two federal prison inmates in Yankton who admitted trying to smuggle tobacco into the facility will be serving more time behind bars.
• Twenty-nine-year-old Quentin Tucker and 36-year-old Devon Philips each was sentenced to six months in prison to be served after their current sentences.
• U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says Tucker last August jumped the fence at the

Yankton Federal Prison Camp, retrieved the tobacco from a prearranged location and then returned, while Philips acted as a lookout.
• Tucker and Philips in April pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge. An escape charge against Tucker was dismissed.
