High winds ground Great Plains Balloon Race launch

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- High winds Saturday morning are again keeping hot-air balloons on the ground in Sioux Falls.
• The Great Plains Balloon Race is held each year the second week in June.
• Balloon launches were scheduled from Kenny Anderson Park for Friday evening, Saturday morning and Saturday evening, but the Sioux Falls Ballooning Association says it's too windy to launch.
• The race was to feature some 30 balloons.
