• Officers arrived at Moe's home about 8:30 p.m. Thursday. Moe wasn't there, but his son tried to escape the house by climbing through a basement window. Officers who had surrounded the house and arrested him. Moe arrived home soon after and also was arrested.
• Police did not know if Moe had a lawyer and a call to the jail was not immediately returned Friday.
• Moe's son is charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. He is being held at the Minnehaha County Juvenile Detention Center.

Weekly US oil, gas rig count down by 3 to 1,980

• HOUSTON (AP) -- The number of rigs actively exploring for oil and natural gas in the U.S. is down three this week to 1,980.
• Houston-based oilfield services company Baker Hughes Inc. reported Friday that 1,386 rigs were exploring for oil and 588 were looking for gas. Six were
