SD father and son arrested for assault, burglary

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- A father and son have been arrested on assault and burglary charges after attacking a neighbor with a bat and a gun in South Dakota's largest city.
• Sioux Falls Police spokesman Sam Clemens tells the Argus Leader that 31-year-old Jeremy Ryan Johnson and 59-year-old James Johnson Jr. were drinking with a new neighbor Sunday night at an apartment complex when an argument broke out.
• Clemens says the elder Johnson kicked in the victim's door and hit him with a baseball bat. The younger Johnson later pointed a gun at the neighbor.
