Flags at half-staff Tuesday in memory of Ellingson

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- Gov. Dennis Daugaard is asking that all flags in South Dakota be flown at half-staff Tuesday in honor of former state lawmaker Bertrum Ellingson of Sisseton.
• Ellingson, a decorated fighter pilot in World War II, died Wednesday. He was 91.
• Deuagaard says Ellingson served in the South Dakota House of Representatives from 1969 to 1980, and held various leadership posts during that time.

• Ellingson's funeral service is being held Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church in Sisseton.
