Man pleads guilty to thefts from SD tribal agency

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- A Kyle man accused of breaking into an Oglala Sioux tribal government agency and stealing laptops and other items in February 2010 has pleaded guilty to larceny.
• Twenty-four-year-old Peter Gay Jr. is to be sentenced July 20. U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says Gay faces up to a year in prison and up to a $100,000 fine.
