• The projects funded are: Spring Centre Apartments in Sioux Falls, Acadia Creek Apartments in Aberdeen, Prairie View Townhomes in Brookings, Rocky Bluffs Apartments in Spearfish, Sioux Falls Downtown Good Samaritan Housing, Tower of Watertown Apartments and a Habitat for Humanity development in Lincoln County.
